Bill Layne

A little known artist amongst the bigger named pinup painters. Better known perhaps by the Disney studios as he was a background artist with them from 1942 to 1974. He also worked for Brown and Bigelow creating calendar advertising, whilst also creating at least one piece for Esquire. The halloween Witch sat on a pumkin as the October 1966 image for the Esquire calendar.
